MERIDIAN VALLEY REMODEL

We have completed a series of remodels over the years on this beautifully designed home overlooking a golf course in Kent, WA. Updates include: restoring the back deck that had suffered structural damage due to dry-rot, and replacing the original painted-cedar decking with rot/weather-resistant ipe; installing new kitchen cabinets; two updated bathrooms, converting the basement into a full office with bonus room; and refinishing the family room.
